We aim to dispatch our customers' orders by next working day and send out first class to arrive as soon as possible, usually next working day after despatch.

Shipping will be by UK Royal Mail First Class.

Large shipments may be dispatched by next working day courier via APC.

Overseas shipments will be via UPS.

We reserve the right to select the appropriate carrier for each consignment.

 Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to carriers.

RETURNS POLICY:

Any goods returned with their original seals and wrapping intact will be eligible for a full refund of purchase price less postage and packing costs.

Cost of returning goods to us must be borne by the returnee.

Faulty goods will be replaced upon return and satisfactory inspection by us.
