We still aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm the same day, although sometimes it is not possible but we do our best.

Most products will go out via First Class parcel post by Royal Mail.  If your item is large or the postage exceeds £8, we will use a next-day courier.

When a courier is used, we need a contact telephone number for the delivery driver so we will contact you for this information.
